Build one controlled project file
Real-estate project information moves between plans, approvals, contracts, accounts, and the public portal. A controlled file for each registered project makes it easier to identify what changed and who approved that change. Start with the registration record and keep an index of documents that support the information shown to buyers.
Reconcile information before each update
Rajasthan RERA provides project records and regulations that should be checked for the project in question. Before a periodic update, compare the latest sanctioned plans, construction progress, bookings, and approvals with the previous disclosure. Keep dated evidence for the figures and milestones entered on the portal.
Approvals: Record each approval, pending application, and relevant change in plans.
Progress: Retain dated site reports and the basis for completion percentages.
