These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and any purchase of listed services from CA Hemraj Sharma & Co., a chartered accountancy practice based at C-12, Civil Lines, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302006.
By browsing the site, creating an account, sending an enquiry, or completing checkout, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or buy a listed service.
This website describes the practice in general terms. It is not advice, an offer of engagement, or a substitute for a scoped instruction. Work on a purchased service starts only after we confirm the scope and you have completed the details we need.
Using this website
You may use the public pages to learn about the practice, browse offerings, and contact us. You must not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to send unlawful or misleading information.
Content on the site is for general information. Filing rules, fees and due dates change. Confirm the current position with us before you rely on anything you read here.
Accounts
Some parts of the site require an account. You may sign in with Google, email, or an Indian mobile number. You must give a full name and keep your email and phone verified and current.
- You are responsible for activity on your account, including anyone you allow to use it
- Tell us promptly if you think the account has been used without your authority
- We may suspend an account that is incomplete, inactive, or used in breach of these terms
- An administrator of the practice may create a client record for you before you first sign in; claiming it still requires verification of your contacts
Purchases and fees
Listed offerings show a professional fee calculated on the server. That fee is for the agreed scope of work. Applicable taxes, statutory or government charges, portal fees, stamp duty, DSC charges and additional work are confirmed separately and are not included unless the listing says so.
- A purchase selection is held for one hour. After that you must start checkout again
- Checkout snapshots the names, contents and prices of the selected offerings. Later catalogue edits do not rewrite that purchase
- Payment of the professional fee is collected through Razorpay. Captured payments are verified on our server
- Custom-price or enquiry-only work does not start from self-serve checkout. We confirm that scope in writing first
- Inactive offerings cannot be purchased
Refunds, where they apply, are described in the Refund Policy on this website.
Professional services
When you buy a listed service, we provide chartered accountancy work within the snapshot scope. We do not guarantee a particular outcome from a tax authority, ROC, GSTN or other government portal. Processing times and queries from those authorities are outside our control.
Statutory deadlines remain yours until the filing is actually made. If records arrive late, are incomplete, or need correction, the timeline moves. A date shown on the site is an estimate, not a guaranteed approval or filing date.
The engagement is with the practice. Assignment of work to an employee does not change that. We may refuse or stop work where the instruction is outside our competence, unlawful, or based on information we cannot verify.
Your responsibilities
You must give complete, accurate and timely information and documents for the work you have purchased. You must tell us if anything material changes before we file or issue a deliverable.
- You remain responsible for the truth of books, invoices, stock figures and explanations you supply
- You must keep originals and authorities needed for filings, including DSC, OTPs and portal access where those stay in your name
- You must pay statutory charges to the relevant authority when they fall due, unless we have collected a stated amount for that purpose
Intellectual property
The website, its design, and our working-paper templates remain ours. You may keep copies of deliverables prepared for your engagement. You may not copy the site, scrape it, or reuse our materials to offer the same services to others.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for loss caused by incomplete or late information from you, by a government portal, or by a change in law after we filed. Our liability for a purchased listed service is limited to the professional fee paid for that service, except where Indian law does not allow that limit.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer forum that Indian law gives you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to new use of the site and to new purchases. A purchase already paid is governed by the terms in force when payment was captured, unless a change is required by law.
