Frequently asked questions
For businesses applying for an IEC for planned import or export. If you’re unsure, speak to our team before proceeding. The right scope can depend on your business structure, records and the period involved.
The professional fee is for the agreed scope of work. Applicable taxes, statutory charges and additional work are confirmed separately. These should not be assumed to be included in the displayed fee.
We confirm the schedule after reviewing your requirement and receiving complete, usable records. Missing information, additional queries and processing by government authorities can affect completion. A timeline shown here is an estimate, not a guaranteed approval or filing date.
You can still contact us. Tell us what you have and what is missing, and we’ll help identify the records relevant to your case. For periodic work, use documents for the financial year or reporting period being handled. Please do not send passwords or OTPs with your enquiry.
