Corrections Policy
Last updated: July 26, 2026
At Celebs Chronicle, we strive to maintain the highest standards of journalistic excellence. While we go to great lengths to fact-check our coverage, errors can occasionally occur. When we make a mistake, our goal is to correct it transparently and promptly.
1. How to Report an Error
We welcome feedback and correction requests from our readers, representatives of public figures, or legal parties. To report a factual error:
- Please email us directly at press@celebschronicle.com.
- Include the subject line: "Correction Request: [Article Title]".
- Provide the URL of the article and point out the specific error.
- Provide evidence or links to verifiable primary sources to back up your correction request.
2. Verification Process
Once we receive a correction request, our editorial team will:
- Re-verify the facts using our fact-checking guidelines.
- Contact representatives or review primary documents if necessary.
- If the error is confirmed, we will correct the article within 24 hours of confirmation.
3. Transparency & Correction Notices
When an article is updated to correct a factual error, we add a clear correction notice at the bottom of the article. This notice will state:
"Correction: An earlier version of this article incorrectly stated [error]. This was updated on [Date] to reflect [correct information]."
Minor adjustments that do not alter the facts of the story (such as correcting minor spelling, grammar, or formatting issues) will be made without a correction notice.
